My name is Chef Anthony Polito. I am a culinary Graduate from the Art Institute of Los Angeles. In my 15 years as a Chef I have cooked for celebrity award shows such as the Oscars, worked at 5 Star Restaurants such as The Flager SteakHouse at The Breakers on Palm Beach Island, and owned several restaurants on the Treasure Coast. I have a true passion for culinary Arts & Love expressing my creativity with that outlet. My wife Samantha has worked in the restaurant/hospitality business for 10 years. She brings extra love & attention to every function we do. Everyone that chooses to work with us is treated like family.
